Routes, encryption, and usage rules
Start with your connection needs, then check devices and billing. Each section covers something to verify in everyday use.
Choosing routes during peak hours
Learn more →Video calls, file syncing, and web browsing each place different demands on a connection. During peak hours, choose a route that meets the target service’s regional requirements, then check whether it can support your actual tasks over time. VPNBody offers 110+ countries / 220+ routes, giving you options for different needs and alternatives to keep on hand. If calls keep dropping, don’t rely on a speed test peak alone; check your local network and background transfers too. Switch routes and repeat the same task to compare sustained performance. Stability is a route-selection goal, not a speed guarantee for every network.
Meetings and collaboration
Check audio continuity first, then document syncing.
Alternative routes
Keep an alternative that suits the service you need to reach.
Bank-grade encryption and account security
Learn more →Bank-grade encryption is part of VPNBody’s security offering. For everyday use, manage your account, subscription link, and website logins separately: don’t reuse your account password on other sites, import your subscription link only into your own client, and avoid sharing screenshots that contain credentials when troubleshooting. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password, sharing less information during signup. Encrypted connections don’t replace a website’s own security measures. Before sharing files or making payments, verify the site address, connection status, and recipient.
Account access
Username and password; no email required.
Subscription details
Store and use them only in your own client.
Unlimited devices, data depends on your plan
Learn more →Use the same subscription on your work computer and personal devices. VPNBody supports unlimited devices online at once and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Check your account’s data usage when using multiple devices. Import and verify the connection on each device before changing routing settings. If only one device can’t access a service, compare its client status and local network first instead of repeatedly changing settings across all your devices.
Desktop devices
Windows / macOS / Linux
Mobile devices
For iOS / Android, verify the connection on each device before use.
Check region and connection for AI access
Learn more →AI chat pages, streaming responses, and developer tools may use different network paths. Before using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check the service’s officially supported regions, choose a suitable route, and keep your session environment consistent. VPNBody offers international route options, but cannot replace the platform’s account review or regional policies. If a website loads but a plugin request fails, check proxy settings separately in your browser, command line, and IDE. Switching regions repeatedly may not fix an error; first distinguish between login, network, and usage-limit issues.
Web chat
Check the login environment and whether responses stream continuously.
Developer tools
Check the connection path in your terminal and IDE separately.
Assess content libraries and playback separately
Learn more →Streaming availability depends on the platform’s account, regional, and copyright rules. A route’s location doesn’t guarantee access to a particular library. Before watching, check your account status, choose a route that matches the target region, and see whether playback starts and continues. If you see a proxy warning, note its wording and check whether other proxy or browser settings are affecting access, then follow the platform’s rules. VPNBody’s route coverage gives you options, but does not guarantee that every platform or title will always be available. The platform’s current decision determines playback.
Content region
Availability depends on copyright rules and the platform’s decision.
Playback check
Continuous playback is more informative than a single page load.
7-day refund policy
Learn more →After choosing a plan, test it on your usual devices and network. Check whether it works for your work sites, collaboration tools, and everyday browsing. VPNBody offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for the full conditions. For order or refund questions, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket, keeping your order details handy. Include the platform, route location, and issue you encountered, but never send your password or full subscription link. Review plan pricing, data rules, and refund terms together rather than judging every use case by a single visit.

Popular locations and route selection
110+ countries / 220+ routes. Here’s a preview of popular locations. A location name alone doesn’t guarantee availability for any particular service.
| Country / Region | City | Route type | Streaming availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | See labels in the user panel | See route labels | Check the target platform’s availability |
| Hong Kong | See labels in the user panel | See route labels | Check the target platform’s availability |
| Japan | See labels in the user panel | See route labels | Check the target platform’s availability |
| Singapore | See labels in the user panel | See route labels | Check the target platform’s availability |

Identify your destination, then compare routes
When choosing a route, first check whether the site or service specifies a region. For websites and collaboration tools without regional requirements, start by testing a commonly used location. For services involving account sign-in, regional content, or APIs, read the platform’s guidance before choosing an exit region. A shorter distance is only one factor; cross-border routing, your local network, and the destination site’s status can all affect performance. Don’t assume a location is faster or better for every use.
For a useful comparison, keep the device, local network, and task the same. For example, if you’re troubleshooting choppy calls, test audio and video in the same meeting instead of drawing conclusions from a file download. If switching routes doesn’t help, pause background syncing and check your Wi-Fi and client connection separately. Change one setting at a time to identify what made a difference and make it easier to describe the issue when asking for help.
Check connection status separately from service results
When the client says Connected, the connection process is complete—but that doesn’t mean every app is using that route. Browsers, system apps, and developer tools may have their own proxy settings, and target services may continue using an existing session. After changing settings, test the task again. The status display below is for browsing route options, not a substitute for checking your own connection. Confirm city, route type, and current availability in the user panel and client.

Get the clientFrom account setup to a verified connection
VPNBody doesn’t require an email address. Create an account with a username and password. Once you’re in the user panel, check your account and plan status, then open the client download page. Sign in to download on Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; iOS access depends on your active plan. Downloading the client and getting a usable subscription are separate steps. After installing, import your subscription as instructed in the user panel, then select a route in the client.
After importing for the first time, confirm that the route list appears, connect, and test a site you regularly use. If the list is empty, check your subscription details and account status in the user panel. Don’t share an unverified link with anyone else. When using multiple devices, complete these steps on each one before changing settings across all of them. For the full setup process, see the Getting Started Guide. For differences between AI websites, terminal tools, and plugins, see the AI Access Guide.
Monthly plans and data packages
Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then pick a data allowance based on your usage. Devices are unlimited, but data is still determined by your plan.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9/month
A good fit for web browsing, documents, and light collaboration while you get a sense of your data needs.
- 60GB per month

- 7-day refund policy
250GB monthly plan
¥18/month
A good fit for everyday cross-border collaboration, file transfers, and video streaming.
- 250GB per month

- 7-day refund policy
500GB monthly plan
¥28/month

Monthly plan data resets on your renewal date
Monthly plan data resets each month on the date you subscribed. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before choosing an allowance, consider web chats, video streaming, and file syncing separately: text browsing and continuous video use data differently, and background syncing can consume data without being obvious. Plan descriptions suggest suitable use cases; they don’t guarantee viewing time or file counts. Check actual usage in the user panel. Tracking your habits is more reliable than estimating data needs from the number of devices.
If your usage is fairly consistent, a monthly plan makes it easy to manage your needs month by month. If you use the service mainly for occasional travel, short-term collaboration, or project work, compare data packages instead. Don’t choose a larger allowance just because it’s available, or assume a small amount of initial use reflects your long-term needs. Start with your usual use cases, then adjust based on usage shown in the user panel.
Use your data package at your own pace; it never expires
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
Data packages are available until the selected allowance is used up and never expire. They’re billed differently from monthly plans, which reset data each month. When comparing options, consider how regularly you use the service and whether you need continuous data transfers—not just the total allowance shown. Check your plan status and usage history in the user panel.
Payments, refunds, and order checks
VPNBody accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 7-day refund policy. Before paying, check whether you’ve selected a monthly plan or data package, along with the price and data allowance shown. After payment, return to the user panel to confirm your order and plan status. If the page hasn’t updated, check your order history before trying again to avoid creating duplicate orders. To get help, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund conditions.
